Thermal Imaging
We carry out thermal imaging surveys (thermography) using the latest infra-red camera technology. Thermography is an indispensable tool to identify problems with the building fabric such as missing insulation, draughts, damp and leaks. These issues should be resolved as part of any retrofit project.
Energy Assessments (SAP)
The property is surveyed and modeled using SAP software to calculate energy use and emissions data. This done for the existing situation and then for different retrofit options. This allows us to understand the property and develop a suitable retrofit strategy that meets the customer's aspirations. The energy and cost savings data empowers the customer to make fully-informed investment decisions.
